You will need to provide a glove, bat, baseball pants, belt, and socks for your player. Your child's coach will give instructions for the color/style of baseball pants, belt, and socks needed to complete the uniform.

USA Baseball Bat Standard (USABat Standard) bats must be used in the Little League Major Baseball Division and below. For more information on the USABat standard and a complete list of approved bats, visit usabat.com.

BBCOR standard bats may be used for the Junior/Senior division.

Batting helmets are required for practice and play. CCLL will provide batting helmets and catching equipment to each team. Players may elect to use their own batting helmets or catching gear. If your player chooses to wear his or her own batting helmet, be sure it is approved by the National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment (NOCSAE).

Boys should wear an athletic supporter or compression shorts under their sweatpants and baseball pants. If your son is a catcher, it is mandatory he wear a protection cup.

There are also many optional pieces of safety equipment, from mouth guards to face protectors to arm sleeves, that parents and players can choose to wear, but are not mandatory.
